Standing seam and batten roll are two of the oldest and still the best forms of traditional metal roofing. This is where our trade was born. The roof sheets were originally all made by hand on the roof from rolls of copper. Spenglers (tin knockers), would form the seams with mallets and anvils. Today we use roll formers to produce consistent, flawless panels. We still use all the same traditional seaming techniques and details to produce a roof that will last for generations.
